§B · DEPARTMENTS

Four desks. One press.

Each desk is run by a specialist editor. Work flows between them on a single ticket so your clip never sits, your account never goes cold, and your analytics never lie.

01

Clipping Desk

Editorial unit · 22 editors

We watch your long-form, decide what's punchy, and cut it. Hooks rewritten, captions tested, vertical reframed, subtitles burned. Each clip is reviewed by a senior editor before it leaves the building.

  • Hook A/B variants per source
  • Native vertical reframing & reflow
  • Branded subtitle styles (3 options)
  • Thumbnail + caption pairing

Distribution Desk

Posting unit · multi-platform

600+ warmed accounts in rotation. Time-zone aware schedule. Platform-native upload — not a cross-poster — with descriptions, music, hashtag audits, and first-comment hooks tuned per surface.

  • 5 surfaces, native uploads only
  • Geo-aware posting windows
  • Sound & trend syncing per platform
  • De-dup matrix across the network

Analytics Bench

Data unit · client portal

Every clip tracked from cut to view. We tell you which hook pulled, which account performed, which platform paid off, and which clip should be re-cut. Weekly desk memo. Monthly editorial review.

  • Per-clip, per-account, per-platform views
  • Hook performance attribution
  • Burn-out detection & rest cycles
  • Revenue tracking (creator funds, RPM)

§C · OPERATIONS MANUAL

From your raw tape to 14 million views — a procedure.

Five stages. Two reviews. One ticket. The same shape every week. Below, the long version.

01

Intake

You drop source files into the locker. RSS, Drive, Dropbox, Frame, Riverside, S3 — the desk doesn't care. Brand brief, voice notes, do-not-clip rules attached on day one.

An account manager (a real one, with a phone number) reads every brief. We map your roster against our warmed-account network and assign platform priority. If you don't have a roster yet, we build one.

DAY 0–1
02

Cut

Editors pick the moments. Not by AI vibes — by people who watch hours of your tape and study your audience.

Every clip gets two hook variants. Every clip gets a thumb. Every clip gets reframed for vertical with proper headroom, not just a center crop. Subtitles burn in your branded style. Senior editor signs off.

DAY 1–3
03

Warm

Cold accounts run our 14–30 day staged playbook. Real engagement, real device prints, real time-of-day patterns. Every account graduates a checklist before it posts a single clip.

Already-warm accounts skip ahead but get a daily ban-risk score. If a platform is twitching, we ease density. Nobody on this desk has been temp-banned this quarter.

DAY 1–30 (PARALLEL)
04

Post

Native uploads from real devices on the warmed network. Geo-aware schedule. Surface-specific captions. We never repost a clip into the same audience twice.

The de-dup matrix tracks which clip touched which audience. The sound desk pairs trending audio per platform. First-comment hooks queued automatically.

DAY 4→∞
05

Measure

Dashboards refresh every 15 minutes. We watch which hooks pulled, which accounts carried, which clips deserve re-cuts.

Weekly desk memo on Monday. Monthly editorial review with the creator. Quarterly strategy reset. The Friday log shows every post, every account, every dollar.

§G · LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

What the roster says.

"I tried four other clipping agencies. None of them understood that the warm-up is the entire game. DistroEngine is the only one who treated it like a craft."
— K. Adeyemi · operator, top-50 business podcast
"The desk memo on Monday morning is the single most useful document we receive. It's like having an editorial board for our content output."
— M. Cole · founder, sports media network
"From 80k a month to 14M without a single ban. The clip desk is just better than ours was."
— J. Marrs · network operator, client since '24
"They cut our keynote into 36 clips. Twelve of them outperformed the original talk. Two of them are still pulling six months later."
— S. Petrov · author & speaker
§H · QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

The desk addresses the room.

Q.01Is account warm-up actually different from "running bots"?+

Completely different. Bot networks fail platform fingerprinting in days. Our operators run sessions on real mobile devices, on residential IPs, with human-paced viewing, saves, and follows. Each account graduates a checklist before it posts a single clip. Read more in our operations manual or ask the desk for a sample warm-up log.

Q.02Can you take over an account I've already burned?+

Sometimes. We run a 5-day diagnostic and tell you whether it's recoverable, whether it needs a long re-warm, or whether you should sunset it and start fresh. We do not charge for the diagnostic.

Q.03Do you guarantee views?+

No serious operator should. We guarantee output volume, editorial quality, network warm-up integrity, and reporting cadence. Views are a function of source quality plus distribution, and we'll tell you on day 1 what we think your ceiling is.

Q.04Who owns the accounts?+

You do. Always. Even the ones we warmed for you. If you leave the desk, you take the network. We hand over credentials, the warm-up log, and a portable analytics export.

Q.05How fast does the desk move?+

Onboarding is one week. First clips ship in days 4–6. The warm-up of any cold accounts runs in parallel and graduates over weeks 1–4. By week 5 you're at full posting velocity.

Q.06What if my niche is sensitive (legal, medical, finance)?+

We have editors who specialise in compliant clipping for regulated verticals. Disclaimers burned in, claim-language scrubbed, brand-safety reviewed. Ask for the regulated-vertical addendum during intake.
